Way to go, Khadijah for booking three (yes, three) Regional Shows back-to-back; cast as Lorraine in “All Shook Up” (Sullivan, Illinois) and Dorothy in “The Wiz” (Sarasota, Florida) and Deloris Van Cartier in “Sister Act” (Sullivan, Illinois)! I am so proud of you! Your dedication and consistency is shining through your vocal growth and it is incredible! It has been and will continue to be such an amazing journey with you!
This is simply Khadijah’s latest achievement; she has also been cast in National Tours as Lucille in “Junie B. Jones, The Musical”, Nettie in “The Color Purple”, and in the musical ensembles of “Hair” and “Dreamgirls”. She is clearly ascending to the top of a Broadway marquee. Her motto: “The best and the most successful stars never stop training, never ever.” She is constantly working on her craft and this is proof. Congratulations on all that you are, Khadijah!
